Most recently, I served as Director of Regional Accounts at HealthStream, where I led a team of eight Account Managers supporting 175 healthcare systems nationwide. In our first full year together (2024), we surpassed a $28M team quota, marking the first time that target had been exceeded since 2020.

While my roots are in healthcare SaaS, my experience spans a range of innovation-focused and mission-driven environments — always with an emphasis on performance, accountability, and purpose.
